Owners pet was struck by a car and had both front legs amputated. Dave R. Sickles, CPO, CPed and COO of Center for Orthotic and Prosthetic Care of NC provided a unique solution by attaching prosthetic legs and allowing for the pet and owner to resume their unique friendship.
